Height X Gain – Height Gainer Powder – Do Any of These Protein Powders Work?

This Height X Gain is a powder form of method.

It only comes in one flavor only and that would be in Chocolate for a better taste.

The retailer who promotes this type of formula, they offered to show some information about this particular product.

However, there is another similar product called Height Gainer powder, and to not waste my time, I figured I would do one review on both items.

Yes, Height Gainer and the Height X Gain is from the same third-party eCommerce website.

What Are Both Supplements?

As you now know, it’s both a powder product, which seems to be like it’s some type of protein gainer, but to increase height.

Now the first thing I noticed, the Height X Gain comes a with a bucket of compounds, but the Height Gainer powder, I can’t find the specific ingredients to show all of us as customer users.

Yes, they both should be completely safe and cause no negative side effects whatsoever.

Since it’s similar to original protein powders and gainers, there is no need to visit a doctor’s office or a supervisor for any prescription portion whatsoever.

And as I mentioned earlier, the Height X Gain comes in only chocolate flavor and the other one, it states “Golden Aster“, which I don’t know what that’s supposed to mean since it’s just a yellow flower, as I looked it up.

They’re both a big bucket of powder and you’re looking at about (4.41LB) for the Height X Gain one. The Height Gainer mentions nothing about how much its weight.

Substance

As I zoomed in to see what it states on the product’s bottle, it labels that it’s a protein blend of “high-calorie formula for mass gainer” and that would be on the Height X Gain item.

Now on the Height Gainer bucket, it states that it’s an “advanced formula to gain those extra kilos” and also, presents as a “macho man height gainer“.

This Height Gainer powder mentions to carry well-balanced ingredients from high-quality Whey protein and Casein Hydrolysate, plus several other amino acids with carbs and healthy fats of a 62:17:21 calorie ratio profile.

That’s basically all they mention!

And for the Height X Gain? You can expect a number of components in the proprietary blend, which they do list them down.

It carries a total of 50 grams of protein, 1,500-1850 calories depending with what you mix it, and 355 grams of carbohydrates with a profile of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.

The ingredient’s list is slightly big, so I’ll show you from taking a screenshot.

Indication

By taking either one of the powder formulas, they both represent themselves as some “height gainer/protein“.

That way, we as customer users can expect to help increase height. Yet, they don’t get into details about anything on how it can add more stature.

Meaning, there is no information on how it should work from increasing the bone development or any HGH release.

Therefore, the Height X Gain states to mix 3 cups of the powder into either water or milk, then mix it up and drink it as a “milkshake“.

Now for the Height Gainer powder, it talks about nothing on how it works, how to take it or anything for usage.

They both do state to gain weight in a healthy manner, but for height growth? Nothing really.

Background/Support

Both, Height X Gain and the Height Gainer formulas are from an online retail website called (Life Sky Shop).

It states that it’s copyrighted from the year of 2012-13, but we found nothing to read about this eCommerce website’s background since none of the products mentions anything about the manufacturer.

In fact, I do see that it might be only available to buy it if you’re around the India area because, at the bottom of the page, it says to “delivery to major cities & international locations” with the names of the cities.

Then, I noticed that they accept cash on delivery, which folks out there could actually pay cash when the product gets delivered.

So if you’re here in the USA/Canada region, you might not be able to grab an order

And for the return policy? They only accept unused and unopened portions to get the refund back.

My Opinion and Advice

I was going to make the complete overview of the pros and cons, but it would be much more cons as disadvantages than the good benefits.

Why?

Well, what would make me believe that either one of this “height protein gainers” would cause growth in height?

From what I see, it’s just a simple protein powder with nothing to show that it has any effects on our stature.

To me, all they did was change the name of the product and labeled as a “height” improver with no evidence on how it works, nothing from medical and professional data to make me have faith that it would work.

For a fact, I’m actually a fitness man and I enjoy working out on the daily basis, where I do take protein powders and gainers. Yet, there are several other buckets of powders out there who carry much more ingredients from nutrients, minerals, amino acids, vitamins, essential and non-essential compounds.

What I’m trying to say here is that both of this Height X Gain and the Height Gainer is probably for children and adolescence teenagers to only “help” boost up the growth.

Other than that, there is nothing to make me believe that an adult like me or you, would gain any height with any of these “powder” formulas whatsoever.

But there is one type of pills out there that we found real customer users to share their own personal use and they gained inches in height, which is completely permanent.
